When and where will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email receipt, with information regarding scheduling your preferred pick-up date & time. We are by appointment and are located at 344 South Hwy W, Elsberry. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping at this time.

Are your prices by pound?

We price our steaks, roasts and ground beef by the piece. On our product descriptions within our online store, you can see what to expect in terms of product weight.

Do you offer quarters, halves or whole beef?

Yes! We do sell quarters, halves and whole beef each month. Our butcher walks you through how you would like to custom cut your beef during this process. We charge $3.70/lb hanging weight for these items. Our butcher also charges a processing fee, around $0.65/lb. Typically, a quarter beef provides around 150 lbs of beef. A half provides around 300 lbs of beef and a whole beef is around 600 lbs.

When do you restock steaks?

We send our beef to the butcher each month, so we restock our inventory at least once a month. With that being said, our steaks go quickly!
