It all begins with good stock. We strive to raise the highest quality Angus cattle, constantly focusing on the best genetics to make great mothers, sound calves and a delicious finished product. We A.I. our cattle and have herd bulls, choosing which calves to put into our breeding program and which calves to finish out and process into tender, flavorful beef.
Fed Right.
We respect the heritage of our ancestors and understand the importance of caring for our land. Our Angus cattle spend their lives on green pasture and rolling hills, eating from ground that is bountiful in minerals and nutrients. We also produce our own hay for winter feeding, ensuring that this stored forage is high in protein. Additionally, we provide our cattle with extra supplementation and a scientifically-based ration of high-quality ingredients for the finest quality meat.
Processed Right.
Your beef comes to you with 100% traceability, cutting out the middle men. We work our cattle in a low-stress handling facility, inspired by Temple Grandin’s designs. Our animals are locally processed at an ethical, USDA-inspected butcher whose reputation is indisputable and where your beef is cut and wrapped immediately.
